All orders are shipped as tracked packages. Once your order is on its way, delivery times are managed by the postal service, but I’ll email you the tracking number so you can monitor it anytime!

Since most orders are made to order, please allow 5-7 business days for creation. After that, I’ll promptly ship your item via Canada Post. I truly appreciate your patience!

For most products, I use GRACE air dry clay from Japan and Korea AMOS iClay® to ensure that each accessory is both durable and beautiful.

I accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after receiving the parcel. If you receive an item with any damage, please take a photo and send it to me. I’ll be happy to send a replacement right away.
