PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal from customers worldwide. Prices are listed in CAD. In the case of a refund, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery to the USA, Canada, or Europe typically takes 7 to 18 business days. Please note that international deliveries may experience customs delays. Once your order is dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the postal service.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Due to the size and weight of our packages, customs duties and/or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
GUARANTEES
I stand behind our products and delivery process. In the event of damage or loss during transit, I will replace the product at no cost to you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted. For returns of items in their original condition, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please package the item securely. Damaged items will be replaced free of charge.
Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Customized orders cannot be canceled, and returns or exchanges for these items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
